Brooklyn-bred with big dreams and a heart for serving others, it is no coincidence that this dynamic powerhouse would make her mark in the events and hospitality industry. Recognizing her passion for events while studying at Howard University, Khadijah began to cultivate her God-given gifts as she supplemented her natural creativity with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business.

After spending some time diversifying her portfolio, Khadijah went on to receive a Master of Science in Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management (with honors) from The George Washington University. Featured in Essence magazine and recognized as PCMA's (Professional Convention Management Association) 2019 “20 In Their Twenties", Khadijah continues to shift the culture, break barriers, and represent her generation’s top industry leaders.

As the Founder & Chief Experience Curator of The Superior Collective, Khadijah’s catalytic impact spans various industries, reaching those from C-suites to creatives. Specializing in producing and designing intimate to large-scale event, Khadijah’s meticulous eye for detail and making the impossible a reality is witnessed by every client she works with. Her reach is unlimited and her work ethic is inimitable. Khadijah’s commitment to serving others and leading with intentionality and integrity is the very heartbeat of her work. Khadijah currently resides in New York City while producing events all over the United States and internationally.
